2. You are not allowed to resell, share, transfer, or distribute our website templates and WordPress themes. You do not have the right to claim them as your own design, even if you change the photos and fonts.
3. You are not allowed to use website templates or WordPress themes for clients. You would need to purchase a commercial license.
4. You are not allowed to claim copyrights to our website templates, business starter kits, courses and digital products. All copyrights remain with Avis J. Williams and Startbuildlaunch.com

Once your payment is complete, you’ll receive an email with your receipt and a link to a PDF or Zip file that you can download.

Return and Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, StartBuildLaunch.com does not accept refunds or returns. All sales are final. Before making a purchase, please carefully read the product details to ensure compatibility. If you experience any difficulties after purchase, please contact us, and we will try our best to fix the problem. Please view our Refund Policy for more details.

All special offers and coupon codes must be redeemed at the time of purchase.

Warranty

All StartBuildLaunch.com WordPress Themes are guaranteed to function on a clean installation of WordPress. However, we cannot guarantee that the theme will work with all third-party components, plugins, or browsers. If you modify the theme files or modify the site with third-party plugins or apps, we cannot guarantee that the theme will work as expected, and we are not responsible for errors resulting from such changes.

Support

Support is provided for 6 months from the date of purchase for product installation, set-up, or technical issues. To receive support after 12 months, you will need to repurchase. The product will continue to work without an additional purchase, and you will still have access to updates for the product’s lifetime.

We do not provide support for:

• Theme or template customisations
• general Kadence and WordPress questions
• SEO and optimization
• Support is not provided for 3rd party plugins that were not recommended for the theme you purchased
• Compatibility issues with 3rd party plugins
• We do not provide support for setting up a WooCommerce shop
• We do not provide support on how to use email marketing services
• We also do not completely support the plugins recommended for each theme. This is because we do not create the recommended plugins. Startbuildlaunch.com themes are only styled to match the plugins. We will try our best to help, but if an issue arises with the plugin’s functionality, support can be somewhat limited, and you will be referred to that particular plugin’s support team.

If you have purchased and are setting up a theme for a client, you are responsible for providing support to the client. If your client needs support from Startbuildlaunch.com, they will need to purchase the theme separately.

Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability
