Frequently asked questions
What is the difference between the template and the services?
With the Starter Kit you get the template and do the work yourself. With Pro Setup we install and configure Lyra, and you add your books and pages. With Signature Launch we customise up to five core pages and add your content, ready for launch.
How long does support last?
The Starter Kit includes 12 months of template support, which covers installing and setting up Lyra but not customisation. Pro Setup and Signature Launch include 3 months of technical support for the work we did, starting when your site is set up or launched.
Do I need to have everything ready before we start?
No. We will tell you what to prepare and help you gather your content step by step.
What do I need for the email signup?
For Pro Setup and Signature Launch, you need your finished lead magnet PDF, an active account with an email marketing platform such as MailerLite or another supported service, and the access or permissions needed to connect the signup form. We connect one lead magnet signup form to your account. Signature Launch also sets up the thank-you page and PDF download.
Your email marketing subscription is not included. Writing your lead magnet, writing email sequences and setting up email automations are not included either. If you are not sure your platform is supported, ask before you book.
Can you write the website content for me?
Copywriting is not included in any package. We can share content prompts to help you write your pages, and copywriting can be quoted separately.
What if I do not have a domain name or hosting yet?
We will walk you through choosing and buying a domain name and WordPress hosting. You pay for these directly, and they are not included in the package price.
How long does the process take?
Most sites are completed within 2 to 4 weeks, depending on how ready your content is and how quickly you can give feedback.
Will I be able to update my site after it is built?
Yes. Lyra is edited in the WordPress block editor, and we include a short walkthrough so you can make updates with confidence.
Do I need to know anything about WordPress?
Not for Pro Setup or Signature Launch. We handle the technical setup and explain things in plain language. The Starter Kit suits authors who are comfortable installing a WordPress theme with a guide.
Do you offer maintenance after the site goes live?
Ongoing maintenance is not included. Pro Setup and Signature Launch include 3 months of technical support after setup or launch, and maintenance can be agreed separately.
Can you redesign my existing WordPress site?
Yes, but a redesign is outside these packages, so it is quoted separately.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. Flexible payment plans are available to make your website easier to budget for.
