Templates, themes, courses, ebooks and kits are delivered straight away. When you buy, you agree to receive them immediately, which means the usual 14-day right to cancel no longer applies once you can download or access them. For that reason we do not give refunds if you change your mind.

If something is wrong
If a product is faulty, is not as described, or will not download, contact us and we will fix it, replace it or refund you. This does not affect your legal rights.
Services for organisations
Payments for projects follow the milestones in your proposal or agreement. If a project ends early, fees are settled for the work completed up to that point, as set out in that agreement.
