- The problem
- Print-on-demand sellers need several listing-ready mockups for every design, and making them one by one is slow.
- Who experiences it
- Print-on-demand and digital product sellers on marketplaces such as Etsy and Shopify.
- The idea
- Upload artwork once and generate mockups across many scenes in the browser.
- What was prototyped
- A browser-based bulk mockup builder covering paper, wall art, device and desk scenes, with export of listing-ready images. Now live.

- People who want to make geometric art often lack simple tools and a structured way to learn the basics.
- Who experiences it
- Hobbyists, learners and makers creating geometric art, patterns and print-ready designs.
- The idea
- A Bauhaus-inspired studio that combines a shape editor with gamified lessons.
- What was prototyped
- An editor with 37 shapes and 42 templates, an interactive colour wheel, four lesson types with progress tracking, and print-ready export. Now live.

Pixel To Tokens
- The problem
- Recreating a design means picking colours, fonts and spacing out of a website or screenshot by hand, which is slow and error-prone.
- Who experiences it
- Designers, developers and builders working from an existing website, brand or screenshot.
- The idea
- One click on any website, or one uploaded screenshot, turns what you see into reusable design tokens.
- What was prototyped
- A bookmarklet that extracts colours, fonts, spacing, shadows, Markdown docs and a printable brand report from any page, and a web app that extracts a colour palette from a screenshot and exports it to Figma, Tailwind or CSS variables. Now live.

- Care notes rarely reach the next person in a usable form, so new support workers, families and clinicians start without the full picture.
- Who experiences it
- Care providers and support workers, families of people receiving care, and clinicians.
- The idea
- Turn everyday care notes into clear, reviewed handovers and family updates: Record, see what’s changed, hand over, continue.
- What was prototyped
- A prototype for care teams, rebuilt from HomeRelay, an earlier single-carer version made for dementia care at home.

- The problem
- Checking whether a project meets each funder’s published rules takes time, and the reasoning is often hard to show.
- Who experiences it
- UK organisations looking for funding for a project.
- The idea
- Compare funders’ published rules with a project and show the evidence behind every result. It does not score, predict or guarantee.
- What was prototyped
- A working eligibility engine with tests, funding search, opportunity assessments, a dashboard and a nine-step project profile. It runs on fictional demo data; no real funders are included yet.
